PRESERVATION OF SULU SULTANATE 2
ON 16 SEPTEMBER 2020, THE MOST BIZARRE AND MELANCHOLIC EVENTS L: HOW MALAYSIA CONSPIRED WITH THE BRITISH UN-ISLAMIC THEORY OF LAND ACQUISITION OF NORTH BORNEO, WHICH THEY CALLED A NEW STATE OF SABAH IN 1963, IS RESURRECTED THRU THE RE-POST OF THIS SERIES.
FROM THAT CONSPIRACY THEORY, MALAYSIA UP TO NOW HAS TURNED ITSELF INTO A DISHONEST STATE BEFORE THE BANGSA SULUK PEOPLE. FOR THAT FACTS OF MATTER, IT ALLOWED ITS PEOPLE TO DEFEND WHAT IS NOT RIGHT AND HARVEST THE FRUITS AND BENEFITS OF NORTH BORNEO (SABAH) IN VIOLATION AND PUNISHMENT OF ALLAH'S COMMAND IN THE LIFE HEREAFTER ON ACQUIRING LAND THAT IS NOT THEIRS.
THE FACTS OF THE MATTER AROUSED FROM HOW GREAT BRITAIN STOLE THE ORIGINAL COPY OF THE 1878 LEASE CONTRACT OF NORTH BORNEO IN SINGAPORE IN 1885, WHICH IN 1963 UTULIZED THE RESULTS OF THE COBBOLD COMMISSION OF O.5 PERCENTAGE OF POPULACE THAT PARTICIPATED IN THE INITIATIVES, AND DESPITE THAT THE COMMISSION HAD WARNED GREAT BRITAIN AND THE THEN FEDERATION OF MALAYA THAT, quote: IT CANNOT ASSURE THAT THE RESULTS WOULD NOT CHANGE DIRECTION IN THE FUTURE AS THE CLAIMS OF GROUP OF PEOPLE IN THAT AGE WAS ANCHORED ON EXAGGERATION, unquote.
THIS IS WHY THIS SERIES IS RE-POSTED TO REMIND US HOW THE STATE OF NORTH BORNEO (SABAH) WAS STOLEN.
THIS WAS HOW IT HAPPENDED.

How the Original Copy of the 1878 Lease Agreement was Stolen
(Extract from How England Stole North Borneo) by Aliko Lilius
(National Archives, Washington D. C., USA)
After the interview by Aleko L. Lilius on Sultan Jamalul Kiram II in his ancestral Palace at Darul Jambangan, Maimbung, Sulu, was published in the Sphere on July 4, 1931, Sultan Jamalul Kiram II wrote a Letter to inform Mr. Aleko L. Lilius, to wit:
Respectfully addressed to Aleko L. Lilius, Manila
I am glad to inform you that, as published in the Sphere of July 4, 1931, narrating my statements regarding the loss of my treaty with the North Borneo Company at Singapore, you have correctly transmitted to the paper of what I have stated to you on your interview with me at Maimbung, Brunei and the Sultan of Sulu of January 22, 1878, as far as my knowledge is concerned, are not the Preamble or Clause in the Document which was stolen from me, that memorable morning in Singapore.
The Original Copy of this treaty of which the British North Borneo Company still retains, of course, they cannot deny its existence.
I maintain that the only way to solve this matter would be, to request thru your editor to supply you with Photostatic Copies in English and Malay of the treaty of both parties concerned.
If by will of Almighty I carry this plan, it is my intention to arrive in London this year. And if necessary go before a Court of Peers. I have an absolute trust in the Justice of the British Public to whose opinion I hereby appeal.
May God bless you and give long life and strength to carry on and thank you you for any help you have given or care to give me in the future.
You may publish the letter if you think it can do any good.

How the Original Copy of the 1878 Lease Agreement was Stolen
(Extract from How England Stole North Borneo)
Narration of Interview on Sultan Jamalul Kiram II By Aleko L. Lilius
After the death of Sultan Muhammad Jamalul Ahlam (Agham), the young Jamalul Kiram II, his heirs and successors, continued the negotiation for a “New Lease or Treaty” and another day was set for a meeting in Singapore.
He arrived there in style and with a large retinue, as was befitting a person of His Rank. The authorities had placed a house at his disposal in the outskirt of the town (Singapore). There were several conferences, and the going was hard, but finally the parties seemed to have reached a settlement. So the Sultan was asked to bring His Copy of the Lease or Treaty to the final conference.
On the day before the new document was to be signed, however, the Sultan’s Copy of the Treaty – the only one in existence – was stolen from him during the early morning hours, at half pass five to be exact. The Sultan and His Followers were saying their prayers in an adjoining room when the Moro Tamini (now a resident of Labuan in British North Borneo) succeeded in getting away with the document, together with some jewelry which had been lying around the room. The Sultan saw him, grappled with him in the dark, but the man had oiled his body and succeeded in glittering away and disappearing thru the window.
It was at this point in the Sultan’s story that I interrupted him to ask: Your Highness had a copy of the document. Of course, I had no other copy, he answered, because my father (referring to Sultan Jamalul Ahlam) had considered the document so important and so secret that he had never trusted anyone to copy it. Then Your Highness has been able to get a copy from the North Borneo Company? To this I received this astonishing reply.
I have repeatedly asked the British North Borneo Company to supply me with another true copy of the treaty, but they have consistently refused to do so. In Sandakan, the Capital of North Borneo, the authorities have always excused themselves that the original copy was in London, but not even London has forwarded me a copy.
